Carl is responsible for the development and delivery of consulting services and
client solutions for Linkage's central region consulting business. Having over
30 years of experience in executive roles, consulting, and as a Human Resources
business partner, he has been instrumental in leading the growth and
development of various organizations. Throughout his career, he has led
successful organizational change, projects in leadership development,
facilitation and diversity training. His background includes intense experience
in labor and employee relations, compensation, staffing, training and benefit
program design. Having worked extensively in global roles, Carl brings
significant vision of the international arena and how to effectively work in
and across cultures.
Prior to joining Linkage, Carl worked at Arrow International, most recently
serving as Senior Vice President responsible for Global Sales, Marketing and
Human Resources and as an Officer of the Company.
Before Arrow International, Carl worked at Ciba Specialty Chemicals for 14 years
in various Human Resource capacities, most recently as Vice President, Human
Resources. In addition, Carl worked in various Human Resources positions with
Sara Lee Corporation, Bausch & Lomb, Rockwell International and Union
Carbide Corporation.
Carl is a graduate of West Virginia Institute of Technology in Montgomery, West
Virginia. He is certified in ODI Facilitation and has participated on various
Boards; Albright College, Junior Achievement, Salvation Army and the United Way
. Carl has one son and has recently become a grandfather for the first time to
a baby boy. Carl resides with his wife Jean in Pennsylvania, and will soon
relocate to Texas.
