SORINA
BRADEA runs Linkage Central Eastern Europe and is
also a senior consultant with the company. She has more
than twelve years experience in Human Resources with
a specific focus on designing and delivering training
program in the areas of People Management, Customer Orientation
and Team Building.
Sorina’s coaching, communication and facilitations
skills are her strength and utilizing these skills she
has been able to develop tailored programs for complex
organizations.
Some of her recent projects include:

Multi-year
development program under umbrella of Leader for Tomorrow
for 380 people in one of the biggest building materials
organization in Central Europe

Management (multi-year project) for more than 60 leaders
in a big international metallurgical company

teambuilding programs for multinational and privatized
companies
Sorina has been a guest speaker at many industry events. She
has presented on topics including talent management, evaluation
systems and performance appraisal, as well as people management.
Before joining Linkage, Sorina helped run a group of training,
recruitment and HR Evaluation companies. Not only
did she help run the company, but she delivered the training
to her clients. Previous to that, she was an HR manager
for a multinational company.
Sorina has a degree in technical engineering, and also received a Diploma in
management with Open University Business School. She is licensed in using Thomas
International Management System tool and she is certified Trainer.
