FRANK O'CONNELL
joined
Linkage in October of 2006 as the Director of
Information Services. In his position, Frank is
responsible for directing all aspects of Information
Technology from operational support through the
development of IT strategy to support business needs.
Frank has 20+ years of direct, hands-on IT experience in
venture funded startups through government regulated
public utilities. His diverse background includes
application development, project management, and
infrastructure design with a particular focus on risk management
and information security. Most recently Frank was
the Director of Consulting Services in the Boston office
of a nationwide IT consulting firm.
Frank has a degree in Information
Technology Management from Daniel Webster College and is a Certified
Information Systems Security Professional.
