Linkage is pleased and honored to announce our new
partnership with Linkage Japan and with
J. DAVID
BOYLE, who is based in
Tokyo and is the President of Linkage Japan. David was
born in Japan and lived there for 14 years before moving
to the United States.
Since 1997, the primary focus of his consulting career has
been to help Japanese clients enhance their global competitiveness through
organizational and leadership development. In his multiple on-site assignments
in Japan, as well as with Japanese clients based in the United States, David
has worked with management teams at creating shared corporate goals that
generate an aligned and energized workforce for greater global performance and
focus. David's areas of expertise include: globalization, integration,
corporate culture, as well as direction-setting, trust-building and
performance-improvement- just to name a few.
David is a member of the Organizational Design Forum, the
Organizational Development Network, the American Society for Training and
Development, and the Society for Organizational Learning.
Prior to joining Linkage in 2005, David held positions in
international banking and was President & CEO of Clark Consulting Group for
6 years. He holds a bachelor's degree from the college at the University of
Chicago, and an MBA in Finance from the University Of Chicago School Of
Business.
