Accelerate your leadership development at one of our annual leadership development Institutes. More than 500,000 business leaders have attended our Institutes to date—these leaders have diverse functional responsibilities within their organizations and come from a variety of industries and sectors. Though the attendee profile widely varies, the attendees all have something in common: a proven propensity for leadership and a desire to accelerate their success and to boost their contributions to their organization.
We currently offer three annual leadership development training Institutes: The Global Institute for Leadership Development® (GILD) and the Women in Leadership Institute™ in North America, and the Global Institute for Leadership Development Asia in Singapore. Prior to attending leadership development training, each participant completes an assessment to better determine his or her own strengths and opportunities—the results of the assessment(s) then shape the attendees’ individual paths at the Institute, including their small-group Learning Team placement. Depending on the Institute, individual coaching is either part of or available as part of the curriculum—and at the conclusion of the in-person experience, participants receive one full year’s access to online resources, including webinars, event presentation materials, and more.
