The Academy’s foundation is the High Impact Leadership Model™, a proven leadership competency model that was co-developed by Linkage and Warren Bennis. The result of an in-depth longitudinal study, the High Impact Leadership Model™ identifies the key competencies, skills, and responsibility areas proven to differentiate superior from average leaders.
